About the role

Pontoon is hiring MSP Coordinator (Team Leader) with a focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is accountable for the contractor onboarding process and provides front - line customer service to internal team members, clients, vendors and users for the various supported Vendor Management Software solutions.

What you’ll be doing
  • 20% management of 2 team members (HR aspects, team organisation, team development)
  • 80% operational, both on classic BAU subjects in support of the 2 team members and on more complex subjects as well as various client projects that involve SAP Fieldglass

Additionally we are looking for someone who:

  • Acts as VMS expert (SAP Fieldglass), customer expert and workflow coordinator
  • Coordinates and leads the team of Engagement Coordinators and ensures that the team understands and applies operational procedures
  • Provides new and existing team members with the necessary training, support, guidance, coaching and development to enable them to carry out their roles successfully
  • Manages activities to ensure that the team achieves agreed SLA targets with the customer. Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Regularly reviews and monitors processes, suggesting and implementing improvements in the use of VMS where possible
  • In charge of global communication to customers and suppliers as required within the scope of the role (email, teams)
  • Participates in more complex customer projects involving SAP Fieldglass that require our input

On a daily basis you will be engaged in classic BAU topics

  • Day-to-day VMS support (customer, suppliers, MSP Advisory Consultants)
  • Validation of supplier timesheets
  • Preparation of reports at the request of the customer and in support of the MSP team
  • Identifying new functionalities in SAP Fieldglass in order to improve our processes and our service to customers (analysis, test, put into production)
  • Managing data quality in SAP Fieldglass
  • Participating in regression testing before each new SAP Fieldglass release
  • Organising SAP Fieldglass training for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Drafting and updating documentation relating to the scope
About you

We want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:

  • SAP Fieldglass expert
  • At least two (2) years’ work experience as people leader
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Creative, autonomous, customer-centric
  • Being fluent in French and English
  • A strong attention to detail and desire to improve efficiencies
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Open to hybrid model of work (2 days on site & 3 days home office)
