The successful candidate will play a critical role in the delivery of successful recruitments for our colleague hiring at The Adecco Group in the Nordics. This includes all our internal hires across the brands Adecco, Modis and B+C. The Nordic recruitment team ensures that candidates are recruited in a timely and efficient manner that meets the ongoing needs of our business in the Nordics. You will find and recruit candidates for all our different business units, from Recruitment Consultants, support functions, Branch Managers to Area Managers. You will set the standard for recruiting our own talent!
To enjoy this role, you like to
Partner with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements, build effective sourcing strategies, and facilitate a successful end-to-end hiring process.
Work on challenging recruitment assignments, but still approach each day as a new opportunity to learn from mistakes and find what we’re looking for.
Build and maintain long term relationships with both hiring managers, colleagues, and internal talent partners throughout the Nordic region.
Deliver an end to end recruitment process for hires at all levels including running effective briefing sessions with managers, applicant phone screenings, presenting a shortlist for hiring managers, candidate briefings and arranging interviews and feedback sessions.
Search and reach out to passive candidates, as well as maintain relevant candidate pools - engaging them on our hiring managers’ behalf through a multiple of channels.
Ensure a great candidate experience for both our external and internal candidates, with regular updates on the progress of their applications, interview briefings and providing feedback.
Proactively taking the lead with hiring managers, ensuring issues on delivery are dealt with appropriately and a suggested solution to mitigate risk is presented.
Increase your breadth of market knowledge and continually share this with colleagues, hiring managers and internal HR partners.
To be successful in this role we see that you
Have several years’ experience recruiting end-to-end business roles.
Have at least a year of solid recruitment experience with filling business and sales roles in one or more of the Nordic markets: Norway, Sweden or Finland.
Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Are skilled at partnering with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies.
Have experience from a purely in-house senior recruiter role or a mixture of in-house and Agency/RPO.
Demonstrable experience of different sourcing methods, including Boolean Searching.
You have the ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
Have the ability to think outside the box and provide solutions.
Are experienced in a digital collaborative team environment.
Have excellent communication skills in English (required).
Are fluent in one of the Nordic languages is an advantage.
You are experienced driving digital campaigns to attract candidates.
You have previously managed and prioritized multiple searches, projects and hiring manager relationships at one time.
